He weaves only a handful of carpets at a time, employing the most skilled weavers and designers of Isfahan and supervising every stage himself. The house has long drawn on the great designers of the city; the design of this carpet is the work of Ahmad Archang, a master of the golden-age Isfahan school, recorded on the producer's certificate.
